O'Fallon Casting has long been an advocate of customer education, especially in the areas of manufacturability and cost improvements. When approached by Boeing to participate in their Day in the Life program, we were happy to help. We presented our facility and our manufacturing process to almost twenty Boeing procurement agents and staff with the goal of educating them on the investment casting process and what goes into the quotation, contract review and certification processes.
