In November of 2017, O'Fallon Casting completed their audit for the newest revision of AS9100, Revision D. The certification to Revision D was completed in May of 2018, well ahead of the September 2018 deadline to transition to the new quality standard.
AS9100 Revision D places a greater emphasis on:
- Risk mitigation
- Controlling sub-tier suppliers
- Measuring and affecting performance.
